1. How much does it cost to rent the space?

If you book your private party Monday-Wednesday, the cost begins at $500. Thursday & Friday begin at $600. Weekend Saturday & Sunday party rates begin at $950. If you are booking a private class or workshop, costs vary depending on the type of event you are hosting. Please contact us for additional information.

2. What is included when I rent the space?

Exclusive use of the space for the day, seating for 45, use of coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher, any existing decor.

3. Do you cater?

A Milkhouse Party is not a licensed catering vendor. You may bring in your own food, or hire a caterer of your choice. We are happy to suggest some of our favorite local caterers! Please contact us for additional information.

4. When do I have to pay? Is there a deposit?

To secure the date, we do require an initial deposit of $400.

All final payments must be made at least 30 days prior to your event.

5. How early can I get into the space on the day of my party?

We only book 1 private party on any given day. You may have an 8 hour window for your set up and clean up. Hours are 9 am to 10 pm. All events must be cleaned up by 10 pm.

6. Will someone be there to help out at my event?

The site rental does not include any staffing. But we do come back at the end of your event and clean up the space! Please bag trash and place outside back door.
