1. How much does it cost to rent the space?

If you book your private party Monday-Friday, the cost begins at $250 for up to 5 hours. Weekend party rates begin at $500 for up to 5 hours. If you are booking a private class or workshop, costs vary depending on the type of event you are hosting. Please contact us for additional information.

2. What is included when I rent the space?

3. Do you cater?

A Milkhouse Party is not a licensed catering vendor. You may bring in your own food, or select from our list of approved caterers. Please contact us for additional information.

4. When do I have to pay? Is there a deposit?

To secure the date, we do require an initial deposit of $500. If your total balance is less than $500 (i.e. $250 weekday rate) you may pay your balance in full. 

All final payments must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

5. How early can I get into the space on the day of my party?

We typically book 1 private party on any given day. If yours is the only party booked, you may enter the space as early as you need to! If there is another event being hosted before yours, we can permit you to arrive at least 1 hour before start time. 

6. Will someone be there to help out at my event?

Not necessarily! When you rent A Milkhouse Party, the space is your home away from home for the day. We will make sure that the doors are unlocked and the heat/AC is on.

You may add two party helpers to your event for a fee of $300. These staff members will

ARRIVE 1 HOUR BEFORE THE END OF THE EVENT (and stay an hour passed)

***if you do not hire a clean up crew, you are responsible for doing these tasks
