1. How much does it cost to rent the space?

If you book your private party Monday-Wednesday, the cost begins at $300. Thursday & Friday begin at $400. Weekend Saturday & Sunday party rates begin at $600. If you are booking a private class or workshop, costs vary depending on the type of event you are hosting. Please contact us for additional information.

2. What is included when I rent the space?

Exclusive use of the space for the day, seating for 45, use of coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher, any existing decor.

3. Do you cater?

A Milkhouse Party is not a licensed catering vendor. You may bring in your own food, or hire a caterer of your choice. We are happy to suggest some of our favorite local caterers! Please contact us for additional information.

4. When do I have to pay? Is there a deposit?

To secure the date, we do require an initial deposit of $400. If your total balance is less than $400 (i.e. $300 weekday rate) you may pay your balance in full. 

All final payments must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

5. How early can I get into the space on the day of my party?

We only book 1 private party on any given day. You may get into the space as early as you need!

6. Will someone be there to help out at my event?

Not necessarily! When you rent A Milkhouse Party, the space is your home away from home for the day. We will make sure that the doors are unlocked and the heat/AC is on.

You may add two party helpers to your event for a fee of $300 for two hours. If you would like staff members for the duration of your 5 hour event, there is a fee of $500. These staff members will

Arrive 1 hour before the start of the event
Clear plates and glasses, wash the dishes and put them away for you
Clean up the party space & remove trash
***if you do not hire a clean up crew, you are responsible for doing these tasks
